Every year Canada welcomes more than approximately 300k new permanent residents. Through various programs and streams, you may qualify for PR in Canada. Our Immigration Experts will advise you on the best path to permanent residency.
Express Entry:
Express Entry accepts applications under 4 different streams:
- Federal Skilled Worker
- Federal Skilled Trades Worker
- Canadian Experience Class
- and various Provincial Nominee Programs
We will assess your education and work experience to determine your eligibility for at least one of these streams through Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS). We assist you in gathering all the supporting documents and additional information required for Express Entry Application.
Provincial Nominee Program:
This program is for workers who have the skills, education, and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory, want to live in that province, and wish to become permanent residents of Canada.
Each province and territory have its own βstreamsβ (immigration programs that target certain groups) and requirements. For example, in any program stream, provinces and territories may target students, business people, skilled workers, semi-skilled workers. We will assess your education and work experience to determine your eligibility for at least one of these streams. We assist you in gathering all the supporting documents and additional information required for the Application.
Family Class/Sponsorship:
Sponsorship applications are often turned back as incomplete so, let our immigration team navigate the family reunification system for you. We will prepare the correct application package and handle all the details, including assistance with gathering the proper documents to prove the relationship is genuine. We will also evaluate if there are options for your loved one to stay and possibly work in Canada while the PR application is in the process to minimize the time spent away from your spouse, common-law partner, child, parent, or grandparent.
Spousal Sponsorship:
If you are married or are in a common-law or conjugal relationship, your partner is eligible to sponsor you through the Inland or Outland Spousal Sponsorship categories β depending on whether your spouse is currently residing in Canada or not. The final decision, however, on whether to accept an application comes down to the visa officer reviewing your file.
Parent & Grandparent Sponsorship:
If you have a child who is 18 years old or older, who can financially support you to come to Canada, and who is a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, they can sponsor you through the Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship Program (PGP).
TIP: If you are not eligible to be sponsored or missed the deadline to apply for the PGP, a Super Visa can be a great alternative. While it does not grant permanent resident status, it is a multiple re-entry visa valid for up to 10 years, allowing your parents or grandparents to come and go from Canada as they please.
